To start getting deliveries to your door:

1: First register for an account. To register click here. Fill in your details, send them to us, and confirm your email address.

2: Our team will then activate your account and allocate you to a milk delivery round. You will receive a welcome email inviting you to add products to your order – you can set up products for one-off or regular deliveries. We have no minimum order and our delivery is just 50p per drop.

3: Our team will start your deliveries on the first day you have choosen. Deliveries are made overnight twice per week, over six days, area depending. You can let us know the best place to leave your order.

4: Payments are made at the end of every week – the week runs from Sunday to Saturday. Invoices are created every Saturday and payment is taken from your stored card the following Monday – you are always in arrears. The easiest way to manage your payments is to set up your card for automatic payments on our secure payment system. You set up your card for payments online once your account has been activated. You can also make payments on the website by card or over the phone using your credit or debit card by calling us on 01872 211533. For businesses we are able to set up monthly accounts and take payment by BACS.

5: If you need to change or cancel your order it is easy to do so both online, by email, or over the phone. Online we ask for 3 days notice of any changes but after this time you can change your order up to 24hrs before your delivery by calling our friendly team on 01872 211533 – our phone is open from 10.30am – 12.30pm. If you call outside of these times please leave a message clearly stating any changes and we will do this for you.
