To start getting deliveries to your door:

1: First register for an account. To register click here. Fill in your details, send them to us, and confirm your email address.

2: Our team will then activate your account and allocate you to a milk delivery round. You will receive a welcome email inviting you to add products to your order – you can set up products for one-off or regular deliveries. We have no minimum order and our delivery is just 75p per drop.

Click on the product and select a one off or regular delivery. You can select the frequency by clicking on this in the top right hand side of the product.

3: Our team will start your deliveries on the first day you have chosen. Deliveries are made overnight twice per week. Delivery days depend on which area you are in.

You can let us know the best place to leave your order, otherwise it will be left on your front doorstep. During periods of hot weather we highly recommend leaving a cool box or bag for your deliveries. You can expect your delivery to be with you by 8am.

4: Payments are made at the end of every week – the week runs from Sunday to Saturday. Invoices are created every Saturday and payment is taken by direct debit on Thursday – you are always in arrears. You set up your direct debit online once your account has been activated. You can also make payments on the website by card or over the phone using your credit or debit card by calling us on 01872 211533. For businesses we are able to set up monthly accounts and take payment by BACS.

5: When setting up your account we always apply a credit limit. When you are over the limit you won’t be able to make changes on your account. If you need a hand please contact us.

6: If you need to change or cancel your order it is easy to do so both online, by email, or over the phone. Online we ask for 3 days notice of any changes but after this time you can change your order up to 24hrs before your delivery by calling our friendly team on 01872 211533 – our phone is open from 10.30am – 12.30pm. If you call outside of these times please leave a message clearly stating any changes and we will do this for you. Please bear in mind if you are having meat or bakery items delivered we will have ordered these specifically for you so last minute cancellations of these items are more difficult.

7: If you have a delivery of milk in glass bottles – please wash after use, and leave on your doorstep for the milkman to collect and return to the farm. If you are having Treen Milk delivered please make sure the bottles are throughly washed and returned with lid.
